What affects the price?
- Size of the storage unit – the more m², the higher the price (size guide)
- Rental duration – flexible short-term rental possible
- Floor – ground-floor boxes are directly drive-up accessible for easy loading and unloading. That convenience costs a little more than the upper floor. (drive-up units)
Good to know
- Due at booking: A deposit of two monthly rents plus your first month's rent, billed to the day – you only pay for the days from your move-in date.
- Deposit: We refund the deposit in full after the contract ends and your unit is handed back in proper condition.
- Term & cancellation: No minimum term. You rent monthly and can cancel any time to the end of the month.
- Access: Around the clock. The site gate opens automatically when you call from your registered phone number – other numbers can't get in. Your unit is secured with a key or combination lock.
- Lighting: The entire site and every individual unit are lit.
- Power: Power use inside the unit is available on request, subject to an individual agreement.
- Dry, not heated: Our units are dry, clean and ventilated. There is no heating – ideal conditions for furniture, files, household goods and commercial stock.
- Insurance: We do not offer our own storage insurance. Your stored items are best covered via your home contents insurance (off-premises cover).
- Not permitted: Hazardous, flammable or perishable materials, living beings and illegal items may not be stored. The full list is in our terms.
